Tommy Copes

Tommy is a key member of the team at Fusion Fabricating, bringing hands-on experience, creativity, and a strong attention to detail to every project. Born and raised on a local farm, he developed an early passion for building, fixing, and creating — a foundation that continues to shape his work today. Known for his precision and eye for design, Tommy has a natural ability to turn ideas into well-executed, functional pieces. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll find him outdoors hunting, boating, or camping whenever he can.

Tommy specializes in welding, fabrication, custom builds, repairs, and precision waterjet cutting. Working with a wide range of materials, he brings client ideas to life through durable, thoughtfully crafted solutions.

Mark Friesen

Mark is a valued member of the team at Fusion Fabricating, bringing extensive hands-on experience in welding and fabrication. Raised on a farm, he developed a strong foundation in building and assembly early on, which naturally led to his interest in working with metal.

Since beginning his welding career in 2012, Mark has specialized in precision forming and bending. His attention to detail and deep understanding of materials allow him to produce accurate, consistent results across a wide range of projects. He especially enjoys working closely with clients to refine ideas and turn them into functional, well-finished pieces. Outside of work, Mark spends his time hunting, camping, and hiking.

Mykenzie Beech

Working behind the scenes at Fusion Fabricating, Mykenzie plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Born and raised in Fort St. John, she brings a background in accounting along with hands-on office experience to the team.

From managing the books to coordinating projects and client communication, Mykenzie handles the details that keep everything on track. Known for her organization and reliability, she ensures clear communication between clients and the shop while supporting the team wherever needed. If you’ve met her, you’ve probably also met her dog Reeno, who is rarely far from her side.
